We design the route around your delivery windows and hold it to the same audited standard that keeps our carrier partner's weekly audits green, week after week.

We run daily out of our Barrie HQ: Newmarket, East Gwillimbury, Holland Landing, Barrie and South Simcoe, the Simcoe corridor (Minesing, Midhurst, Springwater, Hawkstone, Shanty Bay), and Muskoka (Bracebridge, Gravenhurst, Severn Bridge). Overflow and same-day work also runs along the northern corridor: Collingwood, Stayner, Creemore, Blue Mountain, Wasaga Beach, Penetanguishene and Midland. London, Ontario is our second base and it opens at the start of October. Two people are hired there and three vans are committed to it.

Inside our existing service area: 5–7 business days from signed agreement to first delivery. New territory or specialty cargo: 2–4 weeks. We never overcommit timelines. The date we give you is the date we hit.

Yes. We plan for peak season ahead of time. Reserve capacity sits across drivers and vehicles year-round, and we acknowledge surge requests in under 5 minutes. We have fulfilled 100% of overflow requests year-to-date. Peak holidays and weather events push volume past plan, and we flex up without letting regular service slip.

Yes. We are a registered Ontario corporation (1001283704 Ontario Inc) and we carry full commercial insurance on every vehicle. Our drivers are vetted, and we are registered for all applicable Ontario taxes. Clients get the certificates and incorporation papers during onboarding.
