We run four dedicated daily territories. Two of them are Barrie lanes; the other two are Newmarket and Muskoka. Each territory has its own van and its own driver. The stop sequence is built around the hours those roads actually back up. New territories spin up on request.

Every team member is cross-trained on every territory. When someone is off sick, whoever picks up the lane has already run it. Over the last eight reported weeks our delivery terminal performance averaged 98.1%, with a best week of 99.4%.
